CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a participant cancels 120 days or more prior to departure, a refund less an administrative fee of 50% of the deposit will be made.
For cancellations made 119 to 90 days prior to departure, 100% of the deposit amount will be retained.
For cancellations made 89 to 50 days prior to departure, 50% of the total Expedition cost will be retained.
For cancellations made 49 days or fewer prior to departure, 100% of the total Expedition cost will be retained.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: An email will be sent within 48 hours to confirm your workshop enrollment. If space in a workshop is unavailable we will issue a full refund for any payments made toward that workshop.
This trip requires a minimum of 5 people enrollment to proceed.
If we do not meet that enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund your payment; however, we are not responsible for airfares, etc. so please enroll in (mandatory) trip cancellation insurance.
